From the very beginning, from office staff, estimator to finished installation they have been awesome. They leave a very positive impression. The work was the best. Many companies leave a mess to clean up. . . you would not even know they had been here. Other companies never gave us options, they did. We are VERY HAPPY and VERY COOL. Thank Mark, Garrick and staff . . . you are awesome.

They contacted me promptly after my inquiry and were able to do the install soon after. The team worked a long day to complete the work so the new equipment was up and running. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I worked there several years ago when they were in the process of building their new location, I showed up maybe 15 to 20 minutes before my scheduled interview and the owner and manager was standing out front and started yelling at me saying that I was late and after the the best company in the area and run a tight shift. They hired me and told me to start the following Monday and as soon as I got home they called and asked me if I could come back and go out to help a few guys who were out on a job and with 18 years experience they had me working with the young kid who had no experience and apparently was grandfathered in because he had this gas code license and was paying him more than what they were paying me even though I was the one doing the majority of the work. I have to honestly say that the owner Mike and the manager Mark at the time were complete a-holes, not to mention we did a install at a church and after doing the install they complained that it wasn’t cooling and Mike and Mark said that I installed the coil facing in the wrong direction which makes no sense considering the air blows up through the bottom and upon looking around the church I noticed that there wasn’t any return in the room which would explain why they weren’t getting any cool air

Thanks so much for the professional and timely hvac install. Mark and his trainee were experts and friendly. Mark had great ideas for the most efficient install. Both answered questions and provided information to make the current and future process comfortable. They were clean and expeditious. They did everything necessary to make the process a great one. Heidi and Mike were knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful every step of the way with choices and Costco rebates. Thank you!

We spend entirely too much time with these guys but then when there is a need they are there for you. I can’t say enough good things about them. I know that when the “condenser pump” dies and turns off the furnace, they are there. When the Thermostat decides it has had enough, they are there. What I appreciate is their willingness to discuss options for repairs. They think outside the box.

For me, when making a big purchase, especially one to be installed in my home I do not think of what I spend as buying the equipment. Yes, there is equipment involved but just about any national brand would probably be fine. What I am really purchasing is the work of the people who help me understand what I need, provide that equipment, install it, check to see that it works properly and most of all do this in a good mood with a view to going beyond just doing what they promised. We just had our heating and air-conditioning system installed by CDCSpokane . . . and we are so far beyond just satisfied that I had to write this review.

We returned to our summer home to discover the A/C wasn’t working, which was alarming with the prospect of record heat.The company sent a technician the same day we called for service. He diagnosed the problem as a burned out motor but questioned whether it was worth investing in the repair, given the age of the compressor. We elected to replace the compressor, and he completed the work in two days. We were grateful for getting the work done immediately, as we would have needed to drive back to Seattle to wait for the repair and return later when houseguests were due. The technician worked unobtrusively, effectively, and tirelessly until the job was done, despite high heat and very long hours. I would recommend this company unreservedly based on our experience to date.

Today I was THEIR client. I have been a vendor of theirs for years. i called with an emergency and they showed up the same day and within 10 minutes had my issue diagnosed. Fixed within an hour. Yes call CDA Sheet metal!!
