They advertise 24/7 emergency service yet did not return our call (called 4 times) and left us without heat on the coldest day of the year. We purchased our NEW unit from you and you cannot return a call. Shouldn’t be in the service industry if you are only willing to provide service during banking hours and especially don’t advertise that you offer emergency service. Had another issue with my unit (less than a year old) and called Customer Service. Was told someone would be out by 12. Called back at 1:30 and I was told someone would be out by 4 but he was in St. Pete and I was next, in Wesley Chapel. Called at 4:30 and cannot get anyone to answer the call (7 attempts) but their message says they are open 24/7/365. Such a crock.

Had bought my system from the previous owner of air strike and the new owners honored my warranty. They came out on time and fixed my system the same day . Shawn was very nice and so was his helper. It’s definitely better service than the previous owner.

We moved here from Kansas City and have yet found a decent ac company. My neighbor use these guys and recommended them to us. They came and installed a tribox on the attic. We got charged for that and a little more for the maintenance package and that any future maintenance calls would not have a charge. The tribox was build bad as shown on the pictures. Called them, the repair guy does not work there anymore and the company sold and is now part of Hale. They replaced the tribox at no charge which was nice of them to do but now I’m being told I do not have a maintenance package and don’t see any notes for it. Not sure at this point what we paid for. This is not against the new company but air strike themselves. Regardless, we are going with an other ac company.

Displeased by the misrepresentation of the company when I asked if they are a licensed Daikin repair company if they work on daikon units the response was yes we work on Daikin units had a service technician come out diagnose. My system was here for less than an hour and a half Charge me $125 for the service call and then wanted me to pay $1200 for labor and warranty work that is covered under my warranty because they are not part of the sure care program. Also wanted me to pay out of pocket than to be reimbursed by the manufacture. I spoke to the manufacture they do not reimburse the homeowner. I if they were a part of the sure care program, Daikin would send them the parts for free and they could put it in.

Initially very impressed. However, trying to get annual servicing (5 years) included with the sale of the AC unit has been disappointing. I live out of town and many of my scheduled service appointments have been canceled at the last minute. Very frustrating. If that is important to you, I would go with another well rated vendor that has several techs who can handle that aspect of services provided.
