Their technician Keith did excellent work servicing my ac unit. He was thorough, considerate, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend Springer Bros. 2 years after the install, I continue to use Springer Bros. for maintenance service and any other a/c unit related questions. We’ve been customers for 7 years and will be for life. We recently had an issue with our thermostat and it needed to be replaced. It was under warranty, but there was some confusion on whether labor was covered or not. Of course I couldn’t find my paperwork from years ago, so we paid the technician for labor. The next day, Derek not only found the paperwork, but verified that it was under an extended warranty and returned my payment plus sent us a hand written card and gift for the confusion (totally not necessary, but very appreciated.). Their above and beyond customer service is a rare thing these days and greatly appreciated. You can tell this is a family ran business and the owners care about their customers. I recomend this company to anyone needing air conditioning service.

We are more than happy with the services the company provides. Skyler Matthews was the technician who came out to our home today and he went beyond to take care of the growing issues starting to happening to our HVAC system. He also kindly changed the air filter for us which was great since our ceiling is high and it is inconvenient to reach up there. Thank you for your great service today!
