Horrible communication. I called them to confirm they were coming the day before. They bailed at 7:15AM the day they were supposed to come claiming they didn’t know I was out of the range of their service even though I sent them my address two days prior when scheduling. Unprofessional, disorganized, and lack of attention to detail.

My thermostat had gone out with what I thought was from the power outage we recently had. I reached out to Lee with KJ’s. He immediately responded to my request and had one of his teammates show up and diagnose my problem within a few days! Lee was highly communicative, and the technician that showed up was knowledgeable, polite, and professional! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a local company that will treat you with respect and professionalism.

Kelly and Lee were wonderful to work with! Their prices were super reasonable and honest! They even reduced their quote because they said we didn’t need something! They worked around our schedule and were very responsive. Great southern hospitality! So glad I found a great ac company!!

We had an issue with our thermostat not getting power and we Kelly came out to diagnose the problem he very quickly informed us that there had been a fire within our furnace that destroyed the electrical wiring. Kelly and his son were very professional and very quick about getting us a new updated and safe heating and cooling system. They are now my “go-to” professionals for anything HVAC. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

KJ’s Heating and Air was a pleasure to do business with and I wish I had called them first. The first company I called sent out a technician which quoted me a $7500 solution to fix my 20-year-old AC unit and when they left, I could not turn off the attic fan blowing untreated air throughout my house. Based on the high dollar amount I was initially quoted, I asked for advice from a few people, and KJ’s Heating and Air was repeatedly recommended. I called Lee at KJ’s to schedule an appointment and he rearranged his morning schedule to accommodate for my work schedule and sent out technicians Danny and Everett the very next morning. Within 2 minutes Danny and Everett discovered all my AC unit needed was a new capacitor and within 15 minutes my AC unit was running strong. They then climbed into my attic and fixed the attic fan that the other company left running. KJ’s billed me for the repair and let’s just say it was a tiny fraction of the $7500 I was initially quoted. KJ’s Heating and Air is an honest, professional, and no-nonsense company that I am excited to recommend to others. What’s the moral of this story? Always get a second opinion or just call KJ’s first and skip that step.

I highly recommend KJ’s Heating and Air if you want to deal with a professional, honest, and reliable company. I was in need to set up a mini split in my garage and after dealing with companies that were unresponsive, pricey, and unreliable, I was fortunate to call KJ’s to take care of my needs. Thanks Kelly and Lee for such a wonderful experience.

I highly recommend KJ’s! I had to replace one of A/Cs of my house in San Diego. Lee is very professional and responsive even on weekends. Their skillful technicians came to install and replace the old AC system quickly, and also answered my questions. KJ’s company is Awesome and highly recommended.

When the entire neighborhoods a/c’s started going out, we realized one of our two was also going out. KJ’s heating & Air came highly recommended by the trusted Local a/c repair man we were using. We are so glad we called KJ’s Heating and air. We replaced BOTH A/C units & BOTH Heaters in our home. We have the best service calls from Lee, Danny & Kelly himself. What a great team! They came out to check their work & fine run a few things for me. No “ask” was too big or too small for them. They are so knowledgeable & we were so impressed on how quickly & efficiently the install was! Everything is working so great that I barely have to run my units in the hottest summer or the coldest winter times! We are saving on average $1k a year now on utility bills because of the work KJ’s heating and air has done! Highly recommend to my friends & family & neighbors!
