Our AC went out and had air pro come check it out. They put a new capacitor in, and “cleaned” our AC unit. Said everything was good, checked the inside unit said it was good. AC immediately started freezing up that same night. So we called Premier Heating & Air and they got the issue fixed. Air pro skipped crucial cleaning steps of the AC, which we paid for, and didn’t take a full look at the inside unit, which needed cleaning as well . Lazy work, this was our outside unit after the “cleaning” Don’t recommend if looking for someone to do real quality work

Brandon was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He left to answer another service call while we let the unit defrost. I was able to get the unit fixed while he was gone. When I called Air-Pro and asked them to invoice me for the service call, they told me there was no charge. I will be calling them for any issues in the future. Very Classy

Brandon was great! I called because my heat was out and he came right away. He kept me informed all the way and did not talk down to me. He explained about their maintenance program but did not get pushy about it. I appreciate all he did. I have heat again and the price was lower than I had anticipated!

Just wanted to update my review. AirPro continues to be my first call, like days when you come home to a house that’s 85 degrees on the hottest day of the year. Brandon was quick to return my service call, promptly showed up and spent an hour doing a thorough job of replacing the capacitor (with the part on hand). Thankful for local companies with great employees. Original from 2020: AirPro is the only service you should even consider in the Fort Smith area. I’ve had an after hours call that they arrived within 30 minutes to fix, and an inspection/sensor replacement by Josh Davis. Both times they were responsive, courteous, and helpful. Call them! They’re one of the best customer experiences I’ve had as a homeowner.

Robert came to repair our air conditioner really late at night even tho he was about to go to sleep. We cannot say enough about how professional and personable and fast his service was. I did not know you could still receive this level of service in this day and age. The air is working great now and we are so glad we called them first.

Overall very pleased with the service. The price was fair and the techs were quick and kind. Customer service was excellent. Our AC went out, we called AirPro for an inspection/quote, and they sent someone out the next day. The following day, we had a whole new unit installed! There was a small issue after installation, so I called the techs back shortly after they left. They came right back to fix the problem.
