I think that Brandon Armstrong did a great job explaining the equipment and processes of the AC systems that I could choose from to replace my old one. He was very professional and knowledgeable in all the steps and equipment and gave me several options to choose from. I enjoyed his visit and look forward to working with him and his company to install my new AC. Jim J

Very professional, but take the time to explain what the actual issues or problems are with your system. We purchased a new Trane system for our house through them due to multiple problems with our Gibson unit since it was new. I assume the cheapest unit available for the builder to save money. The Trane works better and more efficiently, but we have had a couple minor issues. One on a weekend and one at 8pm on Friday night. Both times the issue was resolved within 5 to 10 minutes. No system or product is perfect, or bulletproof. But um what you are really paying for is customer service. So far, we have gotten our money’s worth!

My AC went out on one of the hottest days in Central, AR. I worked with Blake Humphrey on what his recommendations were for my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! He let me know my payment options and went above and beyond to make this a stress free process. I picked my payment option Friday afternoon and he was able to get a crew out that evening to have my new system installed. I explained I was a single mom with two girls and he was able to get a crew together to get us all set up so we wouldn’t have to go all weekend without AC! Mike Lopez was one of the technicians who installed my new system. He had a positive attitude and was willing to help. He worked diligently to change out my systems and ensure everything was operating properly. Joe & Jaylen were the other two techs who were just as amazing as Mike. Their ability to work together and knock this job out was impressive! They had me up and running in no time. These men didn’t have to come on a late Friday evening to set up a new system, but they did. This exemplifies their morale and dedication to their work and their customers. This is what true teamwork looks like for sales and operations making this a wonderful and stress free process as a customer. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had these gentleman take one problem off of my hands!

I got a 6-months service for maintenance. The office is responsive and courteous when I call and very informative on my service day. The technicians are the same guys who have been taking care of my a/c since I started doing business with Middleton, Cody and James. Today, Cody explained what he was going to do and asked if there has been any problems or if I have any questions. Cody also installed an air ionizer he recommended the last time he was here. There has never been another company, that i have ever done business with, that gives the kind of service I receive from Middleton.

So far, I’ve had good luck with Middleton. They’re one of the more $$ companies servicing, but you “can” get that one tech that has greed in their eyes. One service call, the tech was very sincere and was there to help limit the cost of the call. He explained everything he was doing and why and even said “Hold on to this unit as they were built really well, keep it serviced”. We live in a society of replace, replace, replace. Lost is the term/skill “to fix, or repair”. That one service tech did an amazing job and repaired what was failing. However, not all service techs are on the side of saving you $$. I had one tech from Middleton who as soon as he looked at the unit said, “It’s an old one, you should look to replace it” (before even diagnosing it). Several times he told me I should contact the sales team to see about getting on a schedule to have an entire new system installed. Well, that was two years ago and the unit is still running. Again, it all depends on what type of tech you get on the call out. Some are just looking to charge you all they can when others are looking to you as a person and to save you all they can. Buyer beware on any company you’re dealing with. With Middleton, I do have they’re maintenance plan and they have replaced a capacitor, breaker, topped off freon, did a system reboot/reset at the outside unit as well as repaired two wires that came into contact with each other (melting them). My unit is a 2008 and it’s now 2024 (16 years old). In a time where they say these units are only good for 10 years…..
