Great service. AC stopped working on a Friday night. Clay came out on Saturday morning. Within minutes, he determined the location of the problem, a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and checked everything else to make sure there were no other issues. Here answered several questions as to when we should consider purchasing a new unit; he used a good analogy of a used car. He also said our unit was in good shape for a few more years. Some service people might have used the opportunity to sell us a new unit. Price was reasonable for a Saturday morning service, labor and parts. Clay is a young man age-wise but acted like an old professional as he went about his job. Update: This is now three years later and our system finally gave out on a Thursday night. Clay came out within two hours of being called, found that the condenser had “died”. He arranged for the air handler to provide emergency heat through the weekend and Monday until he came back on Tuesday to install a new system. Again, great service, could not ask for better. I highly recommend Caswell Heating.

I called Clay on a late Monday night, he returned my call Tuesday morning, even though I chose another company-he checked to make sure they came (they did not). Clay said Ms. Heard I will get you taken care of, they came the same day, everything take care of. I was so pleased with the work and customer service that I even got a service contract with them. They told and showed me exactly what the problem was as usual, how much it would cost and he was finished before 5:00 pm, I started feeling cool air again. I was so pleased with the work, professionalism and great customer service. I have and will continue to use and recommend Caswell Heating & Air, LLC.

We recently had 3 mini-split units reconfigured and installed. We reviewed several companies and decided to go with Caswell Heating and Air. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and friendly from the office staff, who took our initial call, to Clay and his team that promptly came to do the removal and installation. Clay throughly reviewed his assessment of the issues and the proposed solutions to correct the problems. He answered all of our questions and there were NO SURPRISES during the project. The team did a great job of communicating throughout the installation, did not cut corners and they cleaned up the site (inside and out) each day before leaving. It is refreshing to work with a company whose main focus is on quality service and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
