It was an hot day in July when our AC went out. We called Bryant’s Heating and Cooling. The scheduler was thorough and informed us we would get a call from a technician shortly, which we did. Our technician, Anthony, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem and made the necessary repair. He double checked to make sure all was well and cooling. Small town values with automated convenience. Andrew showed up when he was scheduled and got right to work (which is usually not the case with a lot of repairmen in Mentone). Friendly and knowledgeable. He was very detailed in explaining the problems and showing the parts that needed replacement. He made it clear how much life is probably left in my heat pump, the benefits of replacing it and the realistic expectations of performance if I don’t (but never being pushy). Im new to the area and I’m glad I chose Bryant’s.
