Although we have used Kelly Heating and Electric for years to complete various projects around our home, we are always impressed by the prompt, courteous, thorough, and thoughtful service that we receive… all at a very fair price. Most recently we were grateful to have Daniel (at our house for a normal checkup on heaters we’ve had installed in our garage) point out that the tankless water heater put in our home by another company had been installed incorrectly – and dangerously. Even though the water heater is not a brand supplied by Kelly Heating and Electric, Daniel secured the necessary items to fix our problem and save us from an extremely hazardous situation. We feel comfortable relying on Daniel, and Josh, and other technicians from Kelly because we have worked with them repeatedly through the years with fantastic results. There’s also something very reassuring about seeing the same nice people time after time and realizing the company has stability with its experienced personnel. We can’t recommend them enough!”

Bruce and Oscar did an outstanding job installing new light fixtures in our basement. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They also gave us good advice on options to fix another electrical issue we have. We would highly recommend Kelly Heating & Electric.

Kelly Heating & Electric were excellent. I highly recommend them, from the initial contact to the final handshake this was a very positive and professional experience. The technicians were courteous, polite and very conscientious and each of them knew their jobs very well and worked on those tasks with care and efficiency. They took the time to patiently explain all aspects of the new equipment and answer any and all the questions that I had. And to top that off, their final price was beyond competitive!

As soon as I contacted the office to inquire about electrical services, the lady who answered the phone was so nice and polite. I explained my issue and told her I have a mobile home and could not find a company who would work on a mobile home. She said they do, and gave me the price breakdown right away for someone to come out to take a look at my issue. I was happy about that because transparency usually means they don’t want the customer to have any surprises. Although it was clearly stated that the final price will depend on the issue. I received a call back right away from I think from a Tim, and I missed the call. When I was able to call back the girl again who answered the phone was very nice and was able to get me scheduled with Bruce. The office called me when he was heading to my house so they gave me a heads up. He offered to take his shoes off. I showed him where everything was and he went to work. He definitely knew what he was doing and he was easy to talk to and work with. In an hour he had my issue fixed and my dryer up and running. He even replaced my dryer hose to vent outside where it belongs. Believe or not the dryer has been venting inside for a long time now. It’s the little things. lol. The price was about $100 lower than I expected and I’m now a happy customer with dry clothes. I highly recommend!

Kelly Heating installed a replacement HVAC system for me recently as ours was aging, and about 24yrs old. We ended up settling on a new gas furnace and heat pump rather than a traditional furnace/AC unit. Everyone was really great to work with starting with Josh when he provided several options during the estimate, and help us make the best decision for our needs. The installation was performed ahead of schedule, and Brandon and Ryan were on time, professional, and did great work getting the new units installed, and moving the location of the new heat pump to a different side of our house. Zero complaints, and everyone was great to work with. Thanks all!
