Prompt, professional, and helpful! This company and it’s people came recommended by friends I reached out to about getting my heat pump replaced. I gathered several in-home quotes from top rated competitors in the area and these guys won on being the right price, good equipment and service as well as the people I worked with on this pricey investment. I don’t regret it one bit and definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for home comfort services.

I have been a customer of James River Air Conditioning Company for MANY years. They did my first heat pump installation and converted my home from electric baseboard. My recent installation was well done with two of the most courteous and efficient technicians – Jack and David. Bryan was very helpful in assisting me with selecting a new system. This can be very stressful due to inflation and the extreme heat of recent weeks. JRAC provides quality service. I have never been disappointed.
