In my time of need after the storm I reached out to RK Bass first thing. I needed to have my power pole checked for safety and then most likely replaced. I was told they couldn’t send a person right then but would get to me soon. Even sent a pic of the damage for them to see. After waiting for several days for that call back( which I’m still waiting on 10 days later) I had to find another electrical company that would come and do the repair over the Memorial day weekend. I guess the small guys just don’t count to them.

D’Obvious, Tus and Mario were amazing! They worked very hard and were so courteous and respectful and even stayed late to finish what could’ve easily been a two day job in one day. Really can’t say enough how good these guys are. Thanks again.

I spoke with Kayla, requesting to have extra outlets placed in my company’s waiting room. She was a dream to chat with. She is kind, and she is a great listener. Aaron and Austin were quick, personable, and professional. Compared to estimates I got on Thumbtack, RK Bass Electric was efficent and half the price (ie.. hundreds less). I fully believe in paying a craftsman for their work but I’m very much against “highway robbery”. Thanks for treating me like a valued customer and not your personal ATM. A+
