We had our bathroom gutted and made a little larger by Paul Lawton. We even had the floor taken out. I can give the 1 star since Paul did come by often (in the beginning) to check in and the installer was nice. Two of the MAIN requests I had was to take the tile all the way to the ceiling and for the shower head to be higher because my husband is so tall. I checked in and noticed the shower head had NOT been heightened and the shower handle was loose with too many nails strangely all over the place. Paul told me the handle was fine and they weren’t able to raise the shower head. But why? I never got an explanation nor was it mentioned to me. (To this day, the handle wobbles) I had to find out myself. ALSO, the second MAJOR request to have the tile taken to the ceiling was not complied. I wasn’t told this wasn’t going to happen. Again, I found out myself while checking on the progress. It was a MAJOR request, repeated many times for goodness sake!! I understood the piece for the back wall would have been too large to get through the door but he should have talked to me about it. The owner of the tile company recommended how to resolve the issue but charged us a ridiculous amount of money for extra pieces to make it work. RIDICULOUS AMOUNT! The material used on the shower walls has a long crack and dents. The glass doors were ordered frameless but they are completely framed. We also paid extra for the glass to resist water stains. With cleaning no less than every 2 weeks, there ARE water streaks. The wood floor supports under the house are sitting directly on the ground without plastic or anything to protect the wood. I asked for a semi-gloss paint and got FLAT! The walls look primed because I went with an oyster white. It looks unfinshed.The painter just didn’t come back. There are still pencil marks on the ceiling that were to go back to fix but never happened. They were all nice and ready to go in the beginning. The painter was doing a good job but then had to all of a sudden leave and never came back. I’ve called Paul Lawton with no response. I’ve attached a photo of part of the crack. It’s hard to get it with the camera.

Was hired through Lowe’s to install some ceiling fans and they did a great job and hauled the old ones away.
