Kris installed new outlets in my bathroom and attic. The job was complex, as it required running cables through a second-floor room, but he handled it with great attention to detail and professionalism. He kept me updated throughout the process, did the work very accurately, and left everything clean. I was impressed with the quality of his work, and it passed inspection without any issues. Kris from Livewire Electric is the real deal. He came highly recommended and I absolutely can see why. Super-responsive, quality work, and explaining why he was doing the specific things he was doing to install ceiling fans in a particular way that would work with the wiring in my home. Very fair/competitive pricing as well! Even after the work was done I had a couple of questions — he stayed to answer them and said he’s always available by text as well. 10/10 would hire again!

We recently had Kris to our home in Apex to install a new ceiling fan and outlet for our screened in porch. Things went so smoothly and he did such a nice job that we asked him to come back a few weeks later to install a few more ceiling fans and diagnose an ungrounded exterior outlet. Not only did Kris do an excellent job installing the ceiling fans, keeping the surrounding paint/finish unharmed, and cleaning up when the job was done, he also walked around with us when diagnosing the ungrounded outlet, explained what he was seeing, and fixed things quickly. He uncovered some some improperly done DYI work from a prior owner in our crawl space which was causing several outlets to be ungrounded, and he cleaned up some exposed wires while he was at it. Kris is knowledgeable, experienced (in both commercial and residential), communicative, and punctual. He’ll be honest with you about the work that he’s doing, and he’ll do it at a fair rate.
