I haven’t actually had them do any work at my house – I just called today with a question about an outlet not working, and Kevin walked me through a possible resolution on the phone. It worked and he said “I just saved you $90!” I will absolutely be calling them any time I have an issue. Thanks for being a human being <3

Kevin installed a Ring motion flood-light camera above the garage doors. He bid the job at a reasonable price, based on the expected work. It turned out the install required less time and he adjusted the price according to the time worked, not staying with the original bid. I feel Kevin gives a very fair price, is honest, does a great job, and doesn’t mind the smaller projects. I have two lights I need moved and will be calling to set up that appointment soon!

We moved from out of state and arrived to find our home had been broken into and the power wasn’t working. I called Kevin once PNM said there was no issue on their end. He arrived within minutes even though it was late in the day. He and his assistant Austin quickly assessed the situation and we set up a day for him to come start the repairs. He had to connect wires from our electrical panel feeding into the rest of the house since they had been cut. Kevin and Austin were very jovial even while working in 100+ degree heat in the garage. They were super professional and so helpful. We truly appreciate them and recommend to anyone that has electrical needs.

WOW!!!!! Thank you Kevin for an awesome job. If you are looking for an Electrician look no further, cheap prices but not cheap work. Kevin came to my home on time he was fast but explained what he was doing. Kevin was polite friendly and trustworthy. I felt at ease leaving him to do his thing and roam the house working on my sockets. Anything I need in the future I will call Kevin if he’s busy I’m prepared to wait, no one else comes close to the expert. Fantastic job.

We have used Kevin and Desert States Electric for years and they have always done fantastic work. We used Kevin again this week for an electrical issue. The response was great and the cost was very reasonable. Kevin has always been consistent and friendly as well as professional. We will continue to use them in the future as we have used them numerous times in the past, all with great results!

Horrible customer service. Asked owner/electrician to call me and let me know what is going on in my home before fix it so I can have information and know pricing, he said you don’t want me to fix if and I said yes but I want to know what you are going to do before you do it, and he hung up on me. I Called him back and asked if we lost connection, he said no I hung up on you find someone else. Do not use, does not want to give information to owner of home on what is being done, just wants your money apparently. Very rude.
