We woke up to flickering power about a week after moving to Lincoln. After calling a big name competitor, who didn’t answer, Stevens Electrical picked up the phone right away and was ready to address the issue immediately. He not only immediately identified the suspected issues, and it turned out that a neighborhood transformer was blown, so he even contacted LES for us to ensure they had eyes on the situation. Stevens Electrical ensured we had a working fridge, heat, and power to our essentials while the city dealt with the transformer issue. He was professional, prompt, and very helpful with answering our other questions! You definitely have a customer for life at this household! Thank you!!
