I had some electrical work done by Kay Bee Electric, and I was totally pleased not only with the work that was done, but also the character, kindness, and respectfulness of the electrician. I highly recommend them! Great job!

I would not recommend them. They came to my home to bid the job. I specifically asked if I would have to move a vehicle for access to my attic. I was told no. The only electrician comes out and stated he was scared to fall on the car. Please understand I have had over 200lb workers access the attic (which is pretty big). This person was maybe 165 at the most. He puts the hole in my ceiling for a ceiling fan, and says he will have them contact me to reschedule someone else because I was not able to move the car. They could have someone else come out since he was scared. Lo and behold I get a bill for $198.00 for a hole in my ceiling. I call and get nothing but bad customer service from Morgan when I ask for an explanation. Now you want to send me to collection for a hole in my ceiling. Where does this happen when none of this was my fault. When you came to estimate the job I said the car can’t move. It hasn’t been moved for 10 years and you scheduled the job for someone that did not want to climb up a ladder. Oh I forgot to mention that there is a clear walk way on the sides and front of the car. Anyway…. Horrible customer service with the service call, trying to rectify the issue and the ending. Looks like I will be in small claims civil court.

Awful Awful Awful , Were can i start they have poor customer service . My advice would be do not use this company . If i could have give them no stars i would have . Issue not resolve after 4 times i called them . They keep saying i will get back to you. They finaly transferred me to the manager .The manager he is USELESS USELESS . They say they fix the problem the problem come blake after they say they fix . They refuse to come look at it after they charge us 598.41 . All they did is when we find out they put electric tape on it . I have there invoice to prove it .SAD BUT IT TRUE . F…..

Update 2022: Scott!!! He’s great and does amazing work. He works quick, finds the issue, and resolves the problem. And also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Older 2021: No prices or estimates were given… at all. Never knew how much service would be until weeks later when the bill came. Had a slight issue with the work but the guys and their excellent customer service took care of it. The rate I received was $99 per hour and that’s fine. However, I went to pay the bill and saw no options to pay on invoice. It was then that I found out that either you pay by check in the mail…. or 3% (almost $10 fee) to pay by card. Those were the only two options. Not only is it disappointing but it’s very inconvenient being that I don’t write checks and haven’t been to the actual bank since the pandemic started due to health concerns. I would like to pay my bills the same way I always have, on time, and over the phone or electronically. Had I known this upfront, I would’ve searched around for a more transparent company. But they didn’t tell me anything upfront other than my appointment was 3 weeks out. Again, while there were a few inconveniences, the electrician’s customer service was outstanding. This balances out to a average review. In my opinion, this is a good, reputable company. It could use more reliable communication though.

Contacted for a downed wire going to our electric meter. Repairman came to the house within 2 hours of our first call. He finished the repairs and had the electric back on within a few hours. Very nice did a great job. Now the meter ooks better than when he found it.
