After severe storm damage early on 7/15/24, the ladies answering the phones got me squeezed in for an emergency appointment with electrician Tyler, who was no doubt already fully booked on a Monday. Thank you all (Tyler, Page, Pete, and others) for going out of your way to provide immediate and friendly help during a stressful time. This company truly cares about its customers!

Jacob was so incredibly kind, friendly, fast & efficient. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with the AC. And even helped schedule and appointment for our furnace. Would highly recommend!

Aaron from The Meridian Company came to our house to replace our sump pump that stopped working during a few days-long rainstorm. Of the three companies I called, they were the quickest to respond and send someone out here. Aaron was extremely nice and professional and replaced our sump pump in about an hour, which helped remove the several inches of standing water before he left. I would recommend this company for their plumbing services and also plan on using them for other maintenance in the future!

If I could put zero Stars I would Not a very good company at all they tell you what you want to hear when you’re buying the unit but when it comes to repairing it they do not stand behind it we bought two furnaces for two different houses almost $30,000 we spent with this company for good units we thought would not recommend them. And the salesperson said he’d come out and do a blower door test and a thermal imaging camera on my home when I bought my unit but then never wanted to come out and do it and then he says that he never would have offered that service. Just a very awful company.

Cierra and Ryan did an amazing job. Tyler was out for one day as well and did a great job. We are very happy with our new bath fans and upgraded panels! The office staff was very friendly and easy to work with. This is our third job with them and we are considering a 4th because of how great they are.

Braiden the service Tech who came to my home to service the central air unit very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how I can purchase a extra part that what add to my central air working more efficient for years to come the cost for the part was very expensive their prices are a little too high compared to other companies in the surrounding area
