They send technician for estimate, he didn’t know what to do and couldn’t figure out what is the issue, I called him to explain to him what to do he answer rudely we are busy we don’t have the time to do the job for you ………etc Then I talked to someone else in the same company trying to let them send another electrician who knows what he is doing, she was covering on him said that they don’t work in that area which is not true because I was referred to them by my neighbor, they did the job for her she lives one block from the place that need to get it done Very bad electrician who represent a bad side for such us a big company I don’t recommend it at all And just to clarify I called back to explain to him what is the electrical work that he needs to do And nothing wrong with the area and people there are nice , I don’t live there it’s one of my rental businesses, and now I understand why he talked to me rudely like that , he maybe think I live in that area . He should not talk to people like that just because he think they are poor people. That is not nice from him and he is not a good representative of your company

If there is a 0 I give you 0 There is an electrician there who gave a bad representation to the company He didn’t know exactly what he is doing plus he talked rudely to the customers, it’s like he is going to do the service for free . We want to hire the company to do the job that we pay for it . I don’t recommend that electrician

Extremely happy with Graf Electric! Very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Living in an older home, there was plenty of questionable electric work that needed correcting and Graf offered intuitive solutions at a reasonable cost! I appreciated that they never tried to upsell me on additional projects. I am very satisfied with the work I had done at my house and would definitely use them for all future projects.

Appointment was for 830 or nine text showed up a little after 10, he didn’t seem to understand what he needed to do, I asked him to leave since he said he would have to go look at the bid. I called the office and talk to the owner who said he would get back in touch with me, the estimator got in touch with me but left a message, I called the estimator back and told him what happened he said the technician was in the middle of doing something when I interrupted him, I told him that wasn’t true and I had video, he became upset and said he didn’t want to do the job!
