Update: although my previous experiences with them were mostly positive I recently inquired and about having some items added to my home. While there the salesperson stated that my water heater was in bad shape and unsafe. (He was correct that it needed replaced ) We discussed options and he presented me with a few and the corresponding prices for each. I was only offered one option as far as tankless and two or three with tanks. He knew I was interested in tankless and that it is a single person household. He recommended the tankless and I trusted that he was recommending what was best for my situation based on previous recommendations he had made. The following weekend I was informed by someone that he had sold me a water heater that was one of the largest available and far too large for my situation. He is paid on commission which was clearly the motivating factor. When I called to cancel my service contract and explained why I was contacted by email and told that I was offered several options and that’s the one I chose. I used to recommend them to everyone and sang their praises as a company who cares. That’s done. If they don’t care about what’s best for me they’re not going to care about you either. My experience with Peterman Brother’s was so positive that I’ll be hiring them for anything else I need done going forward. Very professional, explained every step along the way, took pics and videos and the work is guaranteed.

This is the best company to use!!! They do free estimates. They advised us of issues we were not aware of & educated on going forward . They were neat & clean. The supervisor even came out to help. Of course things are expensive, but that is life. Another company came out, did a look & charged for just looking & saying, yep it is fried. (Company starts with a C 😀). Thank you. Highly recommend & will tell many people about you.

Liers charged me too much money asked me pay in advance. Did not fix the hvc but still charged me $10,000. Scammers

Nice people but playing sales games, just give me your best price instead of when I say I might go with competitor the price magically drops $2000.

I could not be more happy with Peterman Brothers right now. I had another company quote me on the same plumbing job and that company wanted to charge $1,700. Peterman Brothers quote was $735! Jake also got me up and running until the prepare could be scheduled.
