Shout out to David Spears of Mr. Sparky. I was having issues with the installation a new A/C condenser and he was sent to my home by the A/C company. David quickly diagnosed the issue and got it properly sorted. He stayed until he made sure that the A/C techs had finished on their end and that the unit functioned properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. Thank you, David!

I’ve heard of upselling, but this is ridiculous. I wanted 3 switches replaced. All single pole, and I had the parts. The technician took it upon himself to walk thru my home, take pictures, open the electrical panel, and examine the outside meter and box. He then took time to write a quote. All of this took roughly an hour. He then presented me with an estimate of $9800. I DID NOT MISS A DECIMAL. The last time I called Mr. Sparky, the technician went way overboard, went into areas of my home that he had no business entering, and casually commented on my furnishings and appliances. Oh, did I mention he sampled my cat’s food? I asked him to leave. I figured he was just a freak. Two service calls to Mr. Sparky. Two horrendous experiences. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy electrician? Please.

We had an issue with our AC not working. The AC tech said it was the circuit breaker. I called Mister Sparky and they had an electrician come out the next day. The after hours operator was very friendly, professional and thorough. The electrician (Curtis) and his apprentice were very nice, friendly and professional to my wife which for me was super thoughtful. The electrician (Curtis) came and fixed the circuit breaker issue and restored our AC. The electrician (Curtis) found a grounding issue outside of the house and he returned the next day. Curtis was very nice, friendly and professional to me as well. I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone that has electrical problems. A huge Thank you to Mister Sparky and Curtis for a job well done.
