The team they sent was very perfectional. I called and they guy on the phone went out of his way to contact the dispatcher for a fee of $148.00 to come out same day. When the technicians came out they informed me my capacitor was out on my AC unit and the they can replace it for a small fee of $298.00 on top of the same day fee. When I looked online for the Capacitor in question it only coast $21.00 on Amazon. Horrible gouging customer this way. I will be sending this to the BBB…

STAY AWAY FROM WIRENUT! They come to you with a free or cheap service, then OVERCHARGE YOU BY A FACT OF 3 or 4!!! They asked me to get competing bids, I did: instead of $165 for installed little pump, they stole my $567!!! And refused to refund the difference!!! A routine tuna-up of air conditioning, the tech offered to replace condensation removal pump at $567 plus a membership for a year for $147. I see that such pumps sell at home depot for $70 to $140, add ca. $49 for quick labor, and you will see that I was RIPPED OFF! Now comes plumber. He cannot even adjust a toilette bowl, and offers either to rebuild or buy a new one!! He offers to replace a standard tank style hot water heater for a RIPP OFF PRICE of $4500!!!! I got top of the line high efficiency 12 year warranty heater plus installation for $1600! Finally comes electrician, he offers to fix a bunch of little things for a whopping $12,000!!! He gives me a bid to install 2 standard track lights for RIPP OFF $606!!! I got them installed for $60, and it took less than 1 hour. Finally Josh the plumber, shouted at me lies over the phone to justify his people’s refusal PROMISED to me flash of the hot water heater, which was still under warranty. Josh stated that he will refund my membership – he lied again, no refund was received. This detailed description will be here for as long as WireNut does not refund gross overcharge for the water pump (I am willing to pay for it total $130, not $567), and refund the membership in full. HOW CAN WIRE NUT LOOK INTO OUR FACES AND EVERY TIME TRY TO STEAL A LOT OF OUR MONEY! The worst home service company of my 75-year long life. Bri, an Official, replied below with willingness to refund the $147 membership and refund OVERCHARGE for the pump. I cannot get her on the phone, so I emailed her receipts and plumbers bids. She must refund $400.87 overcharge for replacement of the pump, according to Fitz U Plumbing, and $341.22 according to BullsEye plumbing. She can now publicly commit to refunding of WireNut’s dramatic overcharge.

Adam came to do a plumbing inspection that was free as part of my protection plan. He checked everything, fixtures inside and outside the home, how plumbing fixtures were operating, the quality of drinkability, the hardness of the water, etc. He was so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made suggestions as to how different additions could improve our quality of life. All this is what you can expect when you use WireNut.
