Excellent new Mitsubishi heat pump install and service from Kappler Mechanical. It has been 6 months since the initial install and the system is working well. The Mitsubishi thermostat that is designed to work with the heat pump was better than my ecobee at keeping a consistent temperature and runs on ultra low heat/cool most of the time to save energy. The workers did a quality job and fixed some minor issues with the install promptly. Very helpful and responsive service. All the techs that come out really seemed to want to get the job done right and demonstrated great attention to detail. Recommended!
