First off, this is on a Sunday morning. Between 9-10am. Blew my circuits and in-unit panel did not restore power. Called Bay Electric and the gentleman walked me through finding the unit breaker panel near meters in the building and resetting. Incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and generous with his time. Refused to charge me. I’d say, use this service or their referral. Inspiringly helpful!!

I am SOOOOOO glad I called Bay Electric regarding an inspection of my condo building’s electrical system that our new insurance company was requiring. Kevin was traveling, but still got back to me ASAP — he was super responsive, easy to deal with, and a straight shooter. Another electrician had said it would cost at least $1500 to do the electrical inspection and report. But Kevin did it in an hour and charged me his very fair and reasonable hourly rate. If I ever have electrical issues/needs again, I’ll definitely be using Kevin again.

Called to schedule service. Guy answered simply said “we are booked for two weeks right now,” and hung up. Poor. Willing to change my rating if I experience better customer service.

I called Bay electric and Kevin was able to help me solve my issue over the phone. I offered to pay him a bit and he said don’t worry about it and he was happy to help out. Kevin clearly showed that this company operates with integrity. Would highly recommend in the future.
