In my 25 years of being a homeowner, I have never experienced a higher level of customer service from any tradesman than from Matt at Newport Coast Electric. I was experiencing faulty fire alarm units and Matt dispatched a technician within 2 hours of my call. My issue required additional visits and they followed through on rescheduling and service without additional calls or prompts from me. I highly recommend Newport Coast Electric. They provide the gold standard of service.

I’ve worked with Matt and Newport Coast Electric for years, both at home and for business. In all cases he and his team are everything you want in a contractor. They’re responsive, they show up when they say they will, they are transparent about costs and estimates, and they do good work. Matt’s team is always very professional, polite and hard-working. Matt and his team recently completed all of the electrical upgrades and a Lutron Radio RA3 lighting system in the house. Matt was very detailed and extremely knowledgable. His team were the most experienced and professional trade I hired during my remodel. They had to fix a lot of the issues that the AV company created. It was a great experience from start to finish. I have had them back for some small projects and out to my office and their pricing is very reasonable for both small and large projects.
