These guys showed up and quoted me over $3500 because my main breaker was burnt up and I told them I didn’t know anything about electric. The breaker in question cost me under $60 at Besser Ace Hardware and I swapped it out myself without any real experience. How the hell is it ok to do that to people??

Had the BEST experience possible with this company! They came out to my house same day and the 2 Technicians were outstanding and very knowledgeable! MADDIE was very polite and did such a good job explaining everything in detail and it way in a way that was easy to understand. They also put on their shoe covers before entering my home! LOOK NO FURTHER, this is the company that you want to do business with.

I found them to be very professional in their approach. However, their services are quite pricey. They quoted $685 for a 120-minute labor only job, which I felt was too high. Although I did not proceed with the service, I appreciated their professionalism.

We have used Staley before and called them again because of our great past experience. The receptionist and electricians have all been super nice, and have done excellent work. Electricians aren’t cheap, but I thought the price was fair.

Maddie and Chase are the Rockstar of electricians! They even called first and came early! Polite, smart, great sense of investigation to find the cause. Actually I would say they have a great sense of intuition for this job! The job was very affordable too. Highly recommend this company and this duo!

Patric and Aiden were excellence they talked me through and explained everything to me that had to be done before they did it and as they were doing the work they were communicating with me as it was being done and any questions i had they answered proudly but they were so polite and friendly I will definitely recommend Staley electric to anybody that has electrical problems and to ask for techs Patric and Aiden me and my family couldn’t be happier. I had an electrical problem in my living room – none of the receptacles worked. Staley Electric sent Jeff to troubleshoot and find the problem. Jeff and his associate (sorry I didn’t get his name) were on time, very professional and were very good in explaining the process. The symptoms indicted a bad breaker but after checking that turned out not to be the case. They made several more checks and determined that the circuit had an open neutral somewhere in the circuit and went about locating where it was – no small task. They found and repaired it. Very reasonable price, great service and great communication and I recommend this company if you have an electrical problem!
