After multiple emails with Anthony at the Chesapeake Branch and his Branch manager stating that opening my account should be no problem at all, I had a conversation with Amy in the credit department for an account we were trying to establish. Amy from the start was very rude in the way that she spoke to me over the phone. I kept calm through the entire call with her and was very respectful. They took over 2 weeks to deny a credit application for a reason I still cant figure out. I’m more confused then ever. She said its due to how our company is structured. This makes no sense. She ended up hanging up on me after I requested to speak with her boss. I then called back a few minutes later and found out that her boss is a person named Darron(sp?) at Ext 4000 at the Greenville, NC Branch where Amy works. I had to leave this person a VM. I left a message asking him to please review the call that I had with her and to give me a call back to discuss. I still have not received that call back. This speaks volumes to how their company is ran. From what I can gather, Customer Service is not important, and they wont respectfully speak to you or call you back. This is sad as they had the opportunity of doing a lot of business with us as we have lots of properties in different States. I will ensure no member of our company ever conducts business with them and that they are added to our Banned Vendor List. Very disappointed. Hope they learn from this experience. Thank you
