Called to get prices on wall packs. Guy on phone was nice. But has an accent and couldn’t understand. I asked about cost and then was just placed on hold with no warning or letting me know. I just hung up.

Super rude customer service. Was here to scope the place out to see what products were available. Was treated like I don’t belong. Edit: in response to the employees limited reply; trespassing entails restricted access. You however fail to consider that you had no such indications visible anywhere on your property, not only that but you also had another customer there in the area but chose to select me to annex. When you or whomever chose to communicate with me about it, it was extremely rude and condescending in tone. This is without commenting the judgement of being inside the store. Rude people. 10/10 would not do business.

As a contractor we tried to have multiple Wholesale stores to get material from but this place is beyond expensive. Looking for a solar ready panel that are normally $480 and they’re selling it for $697. This is ridiculous I will never do business here based on their ridiculous price. That’s a $217 bump up from everywhere else Guys call around and get prices before you buy here this is ridiculous.
