Nothing but problems, multiple visits to correct simple problems, no planning skills, and always make a mess of things. Go with ANYONE else.

Our builder used this company. We have multiple problems in the wiring and the breakers since we moved in. I have to spend hundreds of dollars to find someone to fix their mistakes and laziness. Bolts were missing causing breaker to trip. This was just ONE of the problems.

We have had nothing but problems with this company. Constant unavailability to come do our warranty service. Constantly rescheduling us. It seems like they prioritize new business, but give you the runaround when you have a warranty issue. I don’t recommend using this company.

Very poor customer service. I asked for an estimate on a Monday. They told me they would call back within 24 hours. Two days later after no response, I called back – again told to wait for a call back. I called again Thursday – same deal. Friday, called again. Finally I received a call back Friday afternoon and scheduled a visit for the next Monday. (They refused to give any sort of estimate over the phone – despite how simple the job was). Monday rolls around, and the electrician comes by. He says after talking to his boss, they might need to upgrade my main panel and the meter coming in from the electrical company to add a 50 amp circuit. I ask him how he couldn’t tell me that after looking at the system himself…he didn’t seem to have a basic understanding of how electrical loading worked. Regardless, he couldn’t give me an estimate in person, and told me he would get back to me later that day after discussing with his boss. It is now Thursday, and I haven’t heard a thing. I already went with another electrician who did the work in less than an hour for less than $250. I recommend you seek out Koepsel Electric. Don’t waste your time with Powerhouse.
