Colonial Construction did a fine job on my screen enclosure. All the different workers were professional and polite. They worked really well considering the 90+ degree heat every day. I look forward to spending many hours there.

We recently had our Screen Enclosure, completed by Colonial Construction. It added covered, outdoor square footage to our home. The process was extremely easy. Franky our customer coordinator listened to our wish list, and explained the process going forward, he said he would take care of everything, from this moment forward which included Permits, material, phone calls with updated progress reports. The company had a talented group of workers, and their expert workmanship, made my screen room experience enjoyable. I now look forward to many enjoyable years, of listening to music, watching TV and/or just relaxing in my Screen Enclosure by Colonial Construction. Thank you ! Victor and Mary Ann

Amazing job! Customer service was great! Franky made it happen just the way he said it would. On time, quality workmanship and went above and beyond. We had an existing lanai screen that needed replacing. Some metal frame needed replacing. A small job for any company, easily pushed aside for bigger money projects…NOT the case with Colonial…on the job in less than two weeks and completed in 2 days. Welcome summer! Thanks again Franky!!

Incredible team! It’s hard to find good contractors that do what they say they’re going to do, finish with no complications, and stand behind their work. I’ve never wanted to hug a contractor until now. Franky is honest, informative, humble, and direct. I was happy with Colonial from quote to completion. Everything he said would happen, happened. His crew was professional, conscientious, and friendly. I wish they did other kinds of work. I’d hire them for that too!
