DO NOT ENGAGE. The team did multiple home visits and informed us of some potential issues with the water management on the property which could affect the build. We agreed to pay a deposit for some initial work to get this issue resolved and planning for the larger project. That’s when everything started to fall apart. They sent “experts” to the house but suddenly the water study wasn’t needed. They sent another “expert” to check out the sub pump and track where the existing drainage was coming from. But that “expert” just looked at the pump and didn’t run any cameras as discussed. At the time we didn’t question it. We started working on a scope for the full project. We were dealing with Jake who would toss out numbers for different things and get us excited about adding on work but when we would get the written scope the prices were suddenly a lot more than what was discussed. The main parts of the project that were clearly outlined from day one were never properly included, some items where billed twice in different line items and often there was language that didn’t even make sense for our project. When asked about this he admitted to just having copy pasted from another scope. When asked about the cost discrepancies he said the program must have been faulty even though it was clearly a manual process. We went back and forth a few times but after the 10th dog ate my homework excuse we decided to just get our deposit back and part ways. After months of trying to get a reply about this he tells us the experts he sent cost money for their services and reports. Ok we say, we are reasonable people. Send us the report then so we get what we paid for. But shocker, he can’t find the report. We are still waiting for the “lost check” in the mail with our refund. The one stop shop sounds great but it’s really just a way to try and prevent you from properly bidding out the work. I had previous bids for some parts of this job so I had something to compare the prices with. The prices in his scope were off the charts. Don’t make the same mistake we did. Find someone else.

Green Bay just finished my bathroom and it is so beautiful. I had a great experience. Project managers Omer and Eden were professional and generous with their time. Everything was well run and finished on time. The crew did quality work and were good to have around. Nice people. Love my bathroom.

Excellent communication and work. Everything was done in a timely manner, I was very pleased with how quickly things were done but with high quality of work. My project manager worked hard to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that I finally got my dream kitchen!

We did a pretty extensive remodel including a complicated new foundation under the house. They worked hard to make it fast and to let us still stay in the house while they worked. There were mistakes but they fixed them quickly.

Noy Sharvit review Noy has a unique combination of skills that make him stand out among contractors. He manages a project with wholehearted enthusiasm and professional ability like few people I’ve seen in business. He can address issues fluently verbally and in writing, which is not common but very beneficial to a project. He’s dedicated, communicative, and available to help with any problems that come up. Remodeling sometimes has surprises that can’t be predicted. Even though he didn’t have to, he helped me work through a challenging situation with an HOA in a way that I know no other contractor would have done. Performing a major remodel project is stressful. Noy acts like it’s a partnership to get through a remodel successfully. Noy makes it more than tolerable. He helps a person feel supported. In the world today, that means a lot. Green Bay Remodeling did two bathrooms, kitchen countertop, carpet in the whole house, family room tile, as well as drywall repair and painting in our house due to water damage. It was a big, 5 months long project. I am very happy with the project managers Eden and Omer. The project had many tasks that needed to be aligned and planned, and different crews needed to come and work on different areas of the house. The work was just completed and I am happy to have my house back and two new bathrooms and kitchen island! Everything looks great!
