I would recommend Watershed to anyone looking to dry in their deck! My dad and I were re-building a double deck with the goal to dry in and screen in the bottom deck. We personally completed all of the framing work, but were looking for someone to come out and install a seamless under decking system with ceiling fans and can lights. I selected Watershed based on their reviews, product, and discussions with Greg. They lived up to their reviews and kept their word throughout the project and after. The crew that completed the installation was delayed by rain and still completed the project on schedule. They were respectful, put items back that had to be moved, and cleaned up before leaving.

Great experience with WaterShed Underdeck. We had a unique situation as there is a built-in shed under our deck and we needed underdecking that would cover that as well as the open area under the deck. Greg and Ryan came out promptly to assess the situation and were able to get their team out for the installation two days later. The underdecking system is high quality and sturdy and the installation team did a great job. They also installed lights as well to add some much needed lighting to the area. The space under our deck looks much nicer now and adds additional covered square footage for use we weren’t able to utilize before. Great job all around.

We just purchased a house and the deck ceiling looked quite old, but more importantly it was causing water damage around the patio. I called Watershed Underdeck and got a quick ballpark quote from Ryan who was extremely courteous and a pleasure to speak with. The estimated quote turned out to be very close to the final one, which was another sign of their professionalism. Greg, the owner, and Ryan came out from 1.5 hrs away to take measurements and discuss styles and specs (thank you for catching that snake on my patio, Greg!). I loved the material – aluminum (lifetime guarantee), and the fact that it could possibly be scheduled the same week and be done within a day. They promised to dispose of the old material and reposition the ceiling fans as I requested. So we signed up. I was shockingly surprised when Greg called later in the day and said that it would be possible to manufacture the material the next morning and install it the same day! The crew was just amazing, professional and highly courteous. Huge thanks to Ortiz, Hilder and Denise for completing the work perfectly the same day and cleaning everything up. They even fixed a couple of lose boards on the deck itself. And Greg called me to check on the progress, which was another testament to the way he runs the company. Thorough and meticulous work along with full service outfit and great personalities made the experience with Watershed very pleasant indeed + 5 stars guys!

It’s been about 3 months that we had Watershed Underdecks and we could not be happier. From the moment we called Greg, you could sense that he was working with us as if the project was on his own home. The personal touch was far superior to the other contractors we had contacted. The workers were timely, diligent and went above and beyond to ensure our underdecking was perfect. I can’t recommend Greg and his team enough!!! Thank You!!

These folks were great. The estimate and sales process was seamless. The workers were on-time, professional, diligent and hard-working. My entire job of over 300 square feet, 6 lights and 3 fans were completed in less than 2 days.
