We had to get part of our basement restored recently due to some small mold/water damage. I was referred by the mold restoration company to K Dewall Construction and was shortly thereafter contacted. I’m not sure if it’s a typical part of a contractor’s process to first start with insurance but I was thrown off when I had to reach out for an estimate. I contacted my contractor on Tuesday for this and did not hear anything until I called again the following Monday. Everything was prompt to get services scheduled and fulfilled from then on. We had limited communication during the reconstruction until my husband went to the basement to check on the progress. We were not informed when they left, but I noticed that the vehicles were gone. I thought it was strange to not be walked through the work performed before they left. The work done is satisfactory. I just wish the communication would have been more straightforward.

Mick & Kevin were great to work with – again. This was our third project we contracted with K DeWall. They kept us updated as things moved along and were quick to address any questions or concerns. It’s nice to have a trusted contractor to go to when we have a building or finishing project to get done.

Kevin, mick and the team have been nothing but great to work with. Mick and kevin both have not only provided me with stone work but taught me how to be a better business owner from how I see them operate and treat customers. Mick is probably the nicest guy I have ever met, i did stone on his personal home 2x and he continues to follow me on Facebook and like all of our posts it just just shows how committed they are into their subs. Kevin was easy to work with to get the job started. Pat was the site foremen and was not only great to talk to he was happy to explain things for me. I work from home so I was able to see the progress from start to finish. I will be using them in the future.
