Ben came out to check our roof after we noticed a water spot on our ceiling. He found the issue, inspected the rest of the roof, took pictures and went over each picture with us and pointed out spots that were potentials for future leaks. Ben was super friendly and an all around great person to do business with…the quote was fair and the workmanship was excellent. I will most definitely contact Proper Home Construction in the future. I feel so much better knowing the major issue was fixed and the spots that could have been potential problems were also repaired just in time before the latest bad storms hit. I would not hesitate to recommend Proper Home Construction and especially Ben…he was awesome!

We hired them for a house cleaning every 2 weeks. They are professional and make it easy to reach them. They are very efficient and flexible with scheduling and any changes that we may need week to week. (Also they do laundry, which not all companies do!)
