I reached out to Busy Bee to have my mother’s apartment receive regular cleaning services. I live in Colorado and my mother lived alone in Rapid City in an elderly high rise. Not only did Busy Bee take the time to listen to my concerns, but they also helped tailor a cleaning schedule that fit my mother’s routine and my budget. The staff is caring, kind and extremely professional. On top of that, the cleaning they provide is top notch. The communication was excellent, and my mother loved the staff. I felt a huge sense of relief knowing that not only did they clean, but they chatted with my mother and let me know when things (i.e., junk mail, the fridge, etc.) needed attention. And when it came time to move my mother to Colorado with me, the move-out clean was easily coordinated and one of the best I’ve ever seen. In fact, the housing manager actually wrote on the final inspection: “very clean,” and personally thanked me via email for leaving the apartment looking so good. This was ALL Busy Bee as I only emptied the apartment. They cleaned it to all the required specifications set forth by the apartment manager and then some!! My only regret is that I couldn’t bring their services with me back to Colorado…lol. Thank you, Anne (owner), Nicki (my primary contact) and all the rest of the staff. You guys are wonderful!! 😊

Horrible service did Not do the job that I paid for!!!!! Called spoke to the owner & she couldn’t have been ruder!! Will never use them again

Lyndee and Lena were both incredibly professional, kind, and personable. They made our apartment SHINE when they came in to do the move-out cleaning for us, and I also recommended their services to the leasing office, as well. Thank you ladies again for everything! Chris & Cora Eiss

Not sure where these 5 stars are coming from. Lyndee was supposed to clean a house before i moved in. The entire wood floor was untouched and the amount of dog hair left behind was astounding. All this cost me $100! I almost think she got the address wrong and cleaned another person’s house on accident. Theyre not keeping their books up. Thought i didnt pay..when I had…before seeing the work that wasnt done.. To make matters worse when I addressed it with her there was no response whatsoever. Poor service, poor work. Will not be working with them again.

Lyndee, Nicki and their team are awesome!!! They were great to work with and did an excellent job cleaning our home before we put it up for sale. I would definitely recommend them.

After noticing the great job being done at my workplace, I called to ask about cleaning my house. I now have someone come once a month. (there’s only me and my cat). I am very pleased with what they do and would highly recommend them.

I have nothing but praises for Busy Bee cleaning! We called during the holidays with an unexpected tight deadline and specific requests. Ann and her staff exceeded our expectations for a cleaning company. Unexpected touches like cleaned vents/returns, to not a spot of dust on our old baseboards showed the quality and standards the company has. Thank you Busy Bee! We are looking forward to using you in the future!

She could have told me to stuff it more than once but never did. She was able to do quotes from pictures and had staff out there the next day. It was not convenient or the best scenario for them but they got it done. I am eternally grateful. The prices were fantastic as well. Highly recommended.
