The Cleaning Company was able to schedule a move-out clean with less than a week’s notice for a 1300 sqft apartment. I did not need to be present while the team was there, which allowed me to be flexible with the scheduled time of clean. The whole process from the email connection to scheduling updates regarding access and follow up was seamless. Defne’s communication was reassuring and clear as far as what would be included for the price and Vanessa was great on the phone confirming. I love Defne and her crews at The Cleaning Company! It is extremely easy to communicate with her via text regarding scheduling and various cleaning requests. Here crew always arrives on time, they are polite and they do a fantastic job. My home looks and smells fantastic when they leave. It is always my favorite day of the week when I know they are coming. I would highly recommend them.

The Cleaning Company is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with. They’ve cleaned our home on a monthly basis for the past 18 months or so. Elizabeth sends a text a few days before letting us know what time to expect the team. She’s always friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions about their services or costs. It’s also very clear that the company treats all employees like valued members of their team. The folks in charge realize that the employees who are out there cleaning other people’s houses all day are the backbone of this business. The team members who clean our home every month are amazing — they’re efficient, thorough, and respectful of our space. I’d recommend them to anyone. We recently had The Cleaning Company do a move-out cleaning at one of our rental properties. The property was a mess before they came in. Elizabeth communicated with her team and texted me throughout the day to make sure we got our needs met. The team spent 9 hours scrubbing dirt, grime, and food residue from every hard surface in the house. The results were far better than I’d expected.
