Worst experience ever. Leah sent me a “deep clean” checklist of what they would be doing, switched the arrival time the night before, then her cleaner was late. They did not perform the services on the checklist. When I called Leah, she said well it IS a Friday, and everyone has bad days! She said she would have the cleaner come back (4pm on a Friday, I work nights), and I said that wouldn’t work so she said they could come back the following week. She said it’d be a “good training” for her cleaner. I decided I didn’t want them to come back so I offered to pay for a regular clean. She has 3 different prices listed for a regular clean and responded for me to pay the highest one. She then messaged me and called me repeatedly from 2 different numbers and said if I didn’t pay today she would “take this higher.” I paid and then she blocked my phone and on social media. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a loooong time!

It was so nice to come home to a clean house. Leah saved me from having to finish the white dust clean up after having the popcorn removed from my ceilings. I had been struggling for months to have time to get to it. Now I can move on to other projects with out the guilt. THANKS SO MUCH Leah. I look forward to having her come back. Leah took the time to make me feel comfortable about having a stranger in my house and she worked around my schedule. Thanks again.

THE BEST!!!! We tried so many cleaning services that were unreliable or took so much time to manage, it was very stressful! Bluebonnet is so easy to work with, reliable, does an amazing job, and allows me to have more time to spend with my family. We love them so much – the only cleaning service we will trust in our home ❤️

I cannot say enough about Bluebonnet cleaning! They were fast and professional! My house was spotless after they left! Everyone was so nice and caring… do yourself a favor and use them for your home!

They did a wonderful job! I hired Bluebonnet for a rental move out. All the girls were extremely friendly and thorough. I had let them know I just had the carpets cleaned and they immediately took off their shoes without hesitation. They went above and beyond what I expected. The house looked and smelled brand new when they were finished. They showed up on time and got right to work. I am a Realtor and will definitely continue using them in the future!

Leah is an amazing business owner. First of all, I love the non-toxic chemicals, all natural products she makes herself. Second, she is an excellent boss and creates a welcoming and drama-free working environment. She is a strong leader. She is willing to train employees with little-to-no professional cleaning experience. She has high standards and is committed to providing her clients beautiful, clean, and sanitized homes day in and day out. It’s a delight to work for her. And it’s an even bigger delight to clean for her clients.
