We had to let our cleaning team of over a year go due to property damage and issues with our home being visibly dirty after multiple cleans. We were nervous to try someone new and it took us a couple of months to finally book with someone. We found Dallas Maids through Google, based on ratings, pricing, and transparency on what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. There was great communication during our clean including their team confirming it was ok for the dog to jump up on the bed they just made. It truly felt like they cared about confirming our wishes and ensuring we were happy. We were grateful they were able to get to a few hard to clean items in the guest bathroom as well. I sent back a handful of notes for our next clean and their team was grateful to have detailed feedback. We definitely plan on using them for the foreseeable future!

Have used this company in the past many times without issue. Had them do a move in clean today and they just entirely dropped the ball. They spent under two and a half hours on a job that was quoted for almost seven. Baseboards weren’t touched, spiders and cobwebs all over. Doors weren’t cleaned, dirt still all over them. Fireplace covered in cobwebs. Dust on electrical outlets, hairball found on the carpet stairs. We paid extra for inside the oven and the oven grates/shelves are dirty. I was debating between leaving 1 and 2 stars for the review since I’ve used them in the past and they have done good work, but for $750 after tip, given the property is empty, I probably could have hired someone off the street and have had 3x the quality job that we got, so Dallas Maids gets a 1 star review. Highly recommend choosing another company. Update after Rosie came out. She spent a few hours cleaning everything I called out that was missed. If I use this company again, she’s the only one I’d let in my property as I know it will be done right the first time. Hopefully they can resolve the issues that led to this happening in the first place so no other customers experience the same issues.

Our maid Icsela is outstanding. She does a great job cleaning our home.with attention to every detail. She is also very respectful of us and our home. Highly recommend Dallas Maids if you need someone to do a great job cleaning your home.

I love using Dallas Maids. They are punctual and their staff always does an amazing job. I never have trouble booking them the same week as the service needed, and it is such a luxury to log off work to a fully clean house and just relax at the end of the day. Rosie in particular is so lovely. She is friendly and has great attention to detail. She is a pleasure to work with.

I’ve been using Dallas Maids every two weeks for the past 4 years. My regular maid does an amazing job and transforms my home in just a few hours. She knows exactly what to do and takes great care of my home. I recommend them highly.
