I’ve been a Humble Bee customer for biweekly cleans about 3 years now. I love that my house is super clean and with safe products! The bathtub, shower, microwave, and kitchen sink work is especially amazing. I love that there is minimal upkeep I need to do with my bathrooms and dusting between cleans. Actually, I rarely dust anymore. The family is so sweet and very easy to work with. I’m so grateful to have their business to help me keep up with the never ending work at home!

We absolutely love having Humble Bee come and clean every other week. As busy professionals we so appreciate them taking care of the routine cleaning maintenance that allows us to focus on other things during our time at home. 10/10 recommend.

I wish I had more of a review, but I was dropped as a client after a month of non-response. Unreliable and very basic service level. If you want scheduled, regular visits, best to look elsewhere.

This is the most unreliable service I have ever worked with. Started using their service in early January on a biweekly schedule, and Jennifer and crew cancelled on me more than they actually showed up. By March, she decided to let me know that they were no longer going to clean in my area. I was disappointed and confused since she just took me on a few months before, but I figured it was just a mix up. Fast forward to August, she reaches out to me fishing around for my business. I didn’t have a cleaning service so I was excited to have her back since she cleans well. Well, she literally came once, then the next time cancelled on me the day of and sent an email that she was no longer going to come to my area. After that, she has not responded to my emails or calls. She literally ghosted us after seeking out our business, after getting rid of us months before. I am livid. Not to mention, every time she would cancel it was obvious it was some made up excuse as it was always the same excuses (roads were bad in the winter, check engine light was on in her car, etc.) I put up with it in the beginning and was really nice about it, but now that she sought me out and after the first clean, already flaked out on me and did this again, I feel it’s my social responsibility to let people know to not work with Jennifer. Anytime she would cancel for reasons like car issues or snowy roads, she would never come as soon as she could, which I found careless. She would cancel completely until the next cleaning. She fooled me into using her again when it’s clear she was intending to just drop me as soon as something better came along. I don’t want current and future customers to be misled. I really felt she manipulated us the whole time. If you use her, you will be put in frustrating situations time and time again and be left without a cleaning service literally the day that she was supposed to come. I’m pretty sure she just doesn’t care and as soon as she finds business closer to home or more convenient for her, she drops you as quick as possible and in the rudest manner. So unprofessional, rude and doesn’t care. Stay away! She’s done this to my neighbors as well!
