I reached out to Sparkles Cleaning Services to start regular cleaning for my 80+ grandmother. Besides being insured, price would determine if my grandmother could hire a service. Maintaining a full house slowly became too much to handle. Hiring a trustworthy cleaning service would enable her to regain comfort in her house. The owner, Crystal, personally walked thru the house to hear in person what my grandmother wanted, and did not want, cleaned. My grandmother and I both felt Crystal was trustworthy, easy to talk to, honest, and earnest. Crystal quoted an affordable price, both, for an initial deep clean and for subsequent monthly maintance cleanings. The deep clean was for an extendable 3-hrs. There would be an extra cost if more time was needed. The clean took 3 ½ hrs as there were many items to be dusted. The cleaning method was logical and the cleaners used different tools they brought themselves. I feel at peace knowing my grandmother is in good hands with Crystal and Sparkles Cleaning Services. Sparkles Cleaning is a blessing to Shelby. A clean house is good for the body and mind. I hope my grandmother finds new hobbies with the energy she is now saving because of Sparkles Cleaning Services.

Called, was told to text info. I did. Several times I tried to set up an appointment after they told me how much it would cost to clean. They never returned my text or called me back.

Sparkles team are amazing ! They are very thorough and are always receptive of any additional requests we have. They are so friendly and always smiling even to our barking dachshund and call him by name. Always on time . Cleaning is exceptional. I’ve had health issues recently and they have been so helpful to me if I needed a hand. My husband and I are so grateful for their service and are never disappointed.

Contacted Crystal about quoting a cleaning job and even sent pictures. She said she’d look at the windows? and get back to me. After a few days of no reply, I sent her a text asking if they were still interested in doing the job. I received “Yes” then nothing else. I gave up after waiting a couple more days. I was on a schedule with movers. I was unable to find anyone else available on such short notice. I wish Crystal would have been honest with me instead of wasting my time. Very unprofessional.

The Sparkles team is amazing. They are like secret angel ninjas, moving in to tackle cleaning with grace, efficiency, and professionalism – expertly cleaning the house from top to bottom. I never have to worry. They are always on-time, do a thorough job, make the house sparkling clean. I’m so grateful to Crystal and her team of wonderworkers. They make my life easier and I’m grateful for them.

Sparkle’s cleaned my husbands house before we sold it and it was your standard bachlor pad so it needed a DEEP clean! They did a phenomenal job! When it came time to sell my house (so we could buy together), they were the second call being the realtor. Crystal and her team made the house look brand new! Will certainly be calling them any other time we need a cleaning!
