Hired for bi weekly service. They show up on time and do a great job. The girl who cleans my home went a little above and beyond knowing we were having guests for the holidays which for me was amazing customer service. I definitely recommend their services for biweekly or just even deep cleans. Thank you guys!!

DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICES FROM HERE!!!! You will be scammed Management is a completely incompetent especially when it comes to paying their employees a livable wage, 25% of the commission on the house where the company takes 75% of the earnings (said from an former employee who cleaned my home) when he is paying for gas and cleaning supplies as well as other employees breaking clients belongings I didn’t know it could get any worse until I spoke with a person named heather who thinks it’s okay to belittle not only her employees but her clients. I have just about had enough with the shady business these people are running save yourself some time and go to the next cleaning service you find on Google this ones not the move And still refuses to take responsibility, own up to Your shortcomings and be a better boss this is not how you run a business.

I’d like to add a few things since the owner of the company took 5 YEARS to reply! LIE #1 (from the owner) I was not there when the cleaning ladies arrived, actually I never met them and never talked to them, as the cleaning was for my mother in law in Spring Hill and I lived in Safety Harbor (at the time). LIE # 2 I did not ask for a basic cleaning, I asked for a deep cleaning as my mother in laws house had not been cleaned well in YEARS. LIE # 3 I called after the cleaning has my mother in law was not satisfied, I was told that “they did enough & are not coming back to do anymore”. HANDS DOWN WORST CLEANING COMPANY!!! I spoke with Heather twice. She quoted me $140 MAX for 3 hours of DEEP cleaning. This was my mother in laws Christmas gift. They cleaned for 3.5 hours and charged us $196. On top of that didn’t even clean the house. Inside of fridge, baseboards, lamps, guest bathroom all still dirty. Trust me and go find another company. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.

This is the most thorough company that ive ever hired. The attention to detail is astonishing. The company owner and cleaners are knowledgeable and very hard working honest people. My house is still clean upon their exit a week ago. I honestly would invite these people back into my home. They were one hundred percent respectful and very smart. I think this is my “go to.”
