Highly recommend this amazing cleaning team!! I moved into a new apartment that was unexpectedly full of cat hair and desperately needed a last-minute deep cleaning. Two hours later, Josephine and her team arrived to deep cleaned every inch of our home. They did an INCREDIBLE job and even cleaned some dirty areas twice, where needed. I will definitely have them come back for regular cleanings after seeing how hardworking, professional, and ready to help Magic Mop’s team is. They are lifesavers!

Josephine and her crew did an amazing job cleaning the house! Our 6-br house hadn’t been cleaned for many months and the deep clean we received was comprehensive of every dusty nook and cranny. Josphine’s crew was also extremely flexible when it came to scheduling and services. They also went above and beyond when it came to kitchen and bathroom cleaning especially! The value for price is incredible, would highly recommend.

Anthony and Josephine helped our daughter to move out of her apartment in New Haven during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. They were wonderful! Our daughter came home for Spring Break and was then told that the balance of the Spring 2020 term would be on-line. We live in Canada and could not easily travel to the US to pack up our daughter’s apartment and clean up after the movers picked up her furniture, housewares, books and personal belongings. Magic Mop Cleaning Services surveyed the apartment, packed everything, and returned to clean the apartment after everything had been picked up by the movers. The whole process went so smoothly! We were very pleased with their service and reliability!

I’ve been using Magic Mop for about a year and a half to clean my apartment and they are fantastic. They do a great job cleaning, and are very reliable and trustworthy. Whenever I need them to come, they are very accommodating. Josephine is lovely to work with. I highly recommend them.

I recently hosted a family gathering at my home with a few family members and friends. Though we had a GREAT time, all the fun left my place a little (very) messy. I was referred to Magic Mop by a friend and they were everything she said they would be. I called them the day after the family gathering and asked how soon they could schedule me for an appointment. They were at my door the very next day. They were very thorough and very reasonably priced. I also loved how it’s a family run business because I’m REAL BIG on family. Anthony and Josephine are my go-to cleaning service for before and after family gatherings.

My wife and I were looking for a professional and reliable cleaning services company since we were unable to keep up with the cleanliness of our home. A friend recommended Magic Mop. Our call was answered promptly by Josephine. We were impressed of the way they listened to our needs and the suggestions they offered. Their price was reasonable and we ended up giving them the job. They completed the job as scheduled and agreed. Their employees were friendly both to my family and to our pet. We were completely satisfied with their work and intend using them again.

I highly recommend and endorse Magic Mop Cleaning Services. They have been the cleaning service for the company I work at for many years, but when I realized my mother could no longer handle her household care anymore, I called them. They were so professional, caring, and thorough. Areas in the house were cleaned like never before and they left a great smell in the house. I’m trying to convince them to come clean another office I have but it is in Danbury, lol. I’ve already told them I would pay for the travel and mileage because that’s how confident I am in the service. We signed up their monthly cleaning service for my house in 2016. The experience has been great. Nice people. On time. Thorough job. Personable. Hard working folks. The trust was developed over a short time frame. Josephine comes in every time with a helper. She always does a great job! I’d recommend them for house cleaning.

Very professional! We had them do a move in clean and couldn’t be happier. They were at our house for much longer than I expected and were so thorough! We will be using them for monthly cleans. Very happy with them!
