Great company and priced reasonably compared to other companies I have tried. Rachael and her partner ( I am terrible with names) did an awesome Premium clean so I decided to have them back every 4 weeks. Because I’m a senior and use an UpWalker there are somethings I just can’t do any longer. Having these Ladies out once a month helps me to maintain my independence in the environment I need and am comfortable in. This month a different team came but the job was not completed as expected so I called the company and politely explained my dissatisfaction. No excuses were made, no stalling to make the situation better. The next day Rachael and her partner came and provided the expected service. I have requested they be my regular team which is part of the service provided by 2 Maids and a Mop. Yes I found it wonderful to be able to have the same team each time but even more important if you the customer are unhappy with the service this company works quickly to fix it. That means a great deal.

Two Maids ROCK! I was so impressed with the initial phone consult! I’ve never worked with a commercial cleaning service before and my husband was not thrilled about the idea. The agent listened to all of my concerns then made excellent suggestions. The techs that arrived at my home were professional, courteous, and thorough. They listened to my concerns and assured me that everything would be done to my liking. They did not disappoint! After they left, I felt a huge sigh of relief because everything was clean, organized and my home just felt WONDERFUL. My husband came home from work and was blown away. I want to thank Shana and Sierra for making my first experience with a commercial cleaning service BEAUTIFUL! I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels to KNOW my home is in great hands!!!! I’m so happy
