Been scheduling Construction Cleans rough and final for many years,, I cant remember better. They handled our necessity for high production yet lost no attention to detail. Kept their Schedule.

I made an appointment for them to show up from my first walk through and cleaning for 10 am Monday. After several calls and emails because they had not shown, I was finally able to speak to a nice lady but even she couldn’t confirm someone would be here. She was hoping someone would make it by noon. But was still waiting for confirmation an hour after my appointment. I’m not able to comment on their cleaning services but my impression was that of unorganized and unprofessional. This was for a small business and we were counting on them to come. Now we are scrambling to get our place clean in time for opening.

Anna and her husband where very sweet and thorough very fast and my carpets look great ! Smell clean ! I would definitely recommend to any friends or family and local businesses to use their services 🙂

I have used Personal Touch for years on multiple projects and wouldn’t recommend anyone else! I’ve used them at multiple stages of the projects; demo, rough, and final cleaning. I’ve never had an issue with the crews they hire. They are always wearing PPE, always professional, and effectively communicate. I can’t say enough about how much I trust these guys on my projects.

Ann and Richard did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in my office. Very professional and thorough. When they were done, they showed me exactly what they did, and how much dirt they were able to get out of my carpets. I highly recommend them!
