Every step of the way, they kept their promises in terms of timing, costs, showing up, and so on. Even our designer was shocked. We don’t have prior experience with contractors and remodelers, and she on a few occasions said how surprised she was by how responsive Chris was. Every time we reached out, we received a response within a very short time. Even once when I (mistakenly) texted on a weekend! I realize this is far from typical with contractors. My wife and I are really happy that we found Chris and his team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

New Line Kitchen and Bath 2 weeks agoI already had a contractor to finish my basement, but I wanted to source the materials myself. Typically, I prefer to work with someone who was referred to me, but after spending 30 minutes with Mehmet I knew it was a waste of time to look anywhere else. There was no need to drive to 10 different stores for everything I needed to finish my basement. We bought all of our tile, flooring, countertops, Kohler bathroom products, cabinets, etc., from New Line. The selection was excellent, high quality, and pricing was either the same as big box stores or less. My wife and I would have hypothetical conversations discussing that if a product was more from New Line (which it wasnt), we would be willing to pay a little more to receive the high-quality service and experience of working with Mehmet. How often do you hear that? Mehmet is one of those people who honors and respects the lost art of customer service. He treats you like family and genuinely appreciates your business. New Line Kitchen & Bath has earned a customer for life. My wife and I look forward to working with Mehmet in the future.
