Truly quick and efficient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There we were, unsure what to do with basically brand new carpets and the after effects of kids marking their territories with what felt like a spree of grossness, and endless fluids. Almost no clean carpet could be found and hope was lost when efficient carpet came to the rescue. I called the morning of the aftermath and immediate response and reaction of relief. Kind, Courteous, & well priced. They were able to come and get several stain remnants removed and put piece of mind with clean carpets restored. 5 Out of 5 would definitely recommend and will use again.

Our carpets look amazing! They were super accommodating with our schedule due to power outages in the area. I was a little worried about a chemical smell lingering in our home, but I didn’t notice anything while they were here, and still no smell after they’ve left! I would definitely recommend using them 🙂

Immaculate Carpet Cleaning was amazing! We had an awful accident involving dog waste and the Roomba vacuum 🙈 They answered the phone when I called, understood the severity of the issue, and said they could be out in half an hour. They arrived on time and were surprisingly unobtrusive considering all the heavy machinery. They were very polite and professional, and went the extra mile by moving some of my furniture out of the way as I was not capable of doing so. They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and two area rugs and by the time they left there was no visible trace or smell of any accident having ever happened! I would definitely use them again to clean the rest of the carpet in my house. Thank you so much, Immaculate Carpet Cleaning!!!

So impressed with their work! Our floors look brand new again. We had scheduled with another company who bailed last minute when they saw it was a condo unit. After a few calls we got referred to Immaculate Carpet and they were here less than an hour later! They saved our day.
