We gave them a very difficult rug cleaning challenge, and they did an excellent job. We had a large (9 foot circular diameter) hand made braided rug. It had not been cleaned in decades. It smelled terrible and was stained. They took on the challenge of get the odors, dirt and stains out this rug. Even with a fixed price for this job, they treated it several times to make sure they could freshen it up and restore it to usable shape. They did a great job.

We had 3 area rugs cleaned last week: they returned the rugs on time and beautifully done. I am very pleased with the service. We repeated the cleaning in September 22, with equally good results.

I have worked with Acme Carpet Cleaning for a number of years. Acme is a local Brick and Mortar family owned business that really pays attention to their customers needs. My family owns rentals and our primary residence in Mcallen. Each time a renter moves out Acme has cleaned and or replaced our carpets, if needed over the years, leaving these places clean and smelling great! Acme is truly concerned with their customers satisfaction and pride themselves on doing their very best! Totally recommend Acme Carpet for All your flooring needs!
