I have used Colonial Chem Dry on several occasions; the first time I used them I was looking for a company to clean my carpets due to puppies having accidents on my carpet. My carpet was so clean after they finished you would never no I had pets. I highly recommend Phil for your carpet cleaning. He was very professional, explained exactly what he was going to do, and cost. No pressure just options you had for cleaning. He has cleaned my carpets at least three times and always does a stellar job. I highly recommend this company for your rug cleaning needs, especially if you have pets. Thank you Colonial Chem Dry!!

Colonial Chem Dry did a fantastic job of cleaning my upholstery! Cam and Cam were professional polite and on time. They explained everything to me both before and after the service was completed so I would know what to expect. Will definitely use Colonial Chem Dry in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

I just LOVE Colonial Chem-Dry! The first time I called their number, I heard a very calm, well paced and deep professional voice telling me that I reached Colonial Chem-Dry. I thought, “well, it must be a recorded voice machine.” As I was just going to hang up, the voice paused and asked, “hello?” That caught my by a totally pleasant surprise. I replied, “ oh, you are a real person! I love your voice !” Then the lady on the other end laughed 🙂 I laughed as well. Later on, I found out her name, Becky ( hope I spelled it right). Becky was very patient answering all my questions. On the scheduled date and time, their technician Leo appeared at my home fully equipped and ready to work. He first asked me my expectations. Then he carefull examined the sofa and couch and communicated with me about all the details. After an hour, he came up to me, his pants are all wet to the knees, sweating, and he laughed and said , “all done !” I looked at the sofa and couches and they are all in good clean conditions! And most importantly, as a first time customer, I got a good price as well. What a wonderful experience with Colonial Chem-Dry! ( this level of communication, customer service, and affordable pricing is very rare nowadays ). I will definitely use their services again ! Oh, did I forget to mention that their address is located on the Angell St! So I guess angels have something to do with this fantastic place ! Ha 👼🏻

I can’t say enough great things about this company. Betty was great and so patient with the changes we made to the appointment. They were friendly, easy to work with and punctual. The communication was excellent! Sam and his partner did an outstanding job explaining the process and with the cleaning. A 5 star experience and reasonably priced as well. I will be calling them again.

I called Friday morning and was offered a next day appointment. Cam called first and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional, explained to various options and welcomed questions. Very reasonable prices and effective anti allergy treatment. Highly recommend

Booked an appointment to have grout cleaned two weeks ago. They showed up and stated they didn’t have anything on truck to clean the tile so I wasted two weeks waiting for them. When I called the office the service person stated they should have had everything they needed to do the job.
