Two part review with an average score. My daughter bought a dirty stinking rug that she loved. When I brought it to Certified I told them it probably will not be perfect but do your best. They have a machine they run it through and people come from many miles around for this service. They met my expectations. Not completely clean but I did not expect that. It no longer smells. Second part is the cleaning of my basement stairs. After 3 days it was still damp and it smelled awful. The guy who looked at this problem was shocked. Even with so so ventilation in that area it shouldn’t have been that way. He sprayed it and put an industrial fan on it and it dried and didn’t smell. A few stains remained but my wife used a product called Spot Shot on it and it worked. 3+5=8 8/2=4

We used Certified to fix an area rug with buckling and restretch a basement carpet. They did a phenomenal job and prices were very fair. I wish I could provide the names of the workers. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.
