I’m thrilled with the above-and-beyond job that Trevor and his company did on my bathroom floor! I looked high and low for someone to repair/replace the beams underneath my bathroom floor. That was a frustrating task. The floor was much worse than we expected, but they got the job done and got me back in my home quickly. I highly recommend them!

I have had Yancy do several jobs for me. He is trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. He always does a good job and finishes what he starts. He has leveled my house, remodeled a bathroom, laid flooring through my house, built a front porch and a back deck with a ramp. I wouldn’t have anyone else work on my house but Trevor and his crew.

I initially hired Trevor to fix a soft spot that had appeared in the kitchen in my pier and beam house. He was quick to come out and quote me a price to fix the floor. Once he got into the job he realized that I had more damage than expected to the house. He was honest and professional when explaining the additional problems he located. I then decided to just go ahead and fix everything that needed to be done. This entire job took a little over 2 weeks to complete. He was at the house everyday on time and worked all day long everyday to get the job completed. The finished work was amazing compared to what we had before. I can tell him and his crew are passionate the work they do. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a small or large job done. I’ve already been giving his information out to family members that need projects done.

This young man is amazing,to say the least. Well mannered,& very respectful. He went above an beyond to make sure our needs were met. Punctual,was at my house everyday the exact time he said he’d be an didn’t stop until the job was finished. An it was finished before expected he came in an busted his tail all day making sure to make as progress as he could daily. We had our flooring redone an house leveled. Our home is more level now then when it was built,the trimming an floor work is absolutely flawless. 5 stars all daily,I highly recommend Yancy Construction for anyone trying to get their homes where they need it. They won’t disappoint.
