Miguel did a wonderful job installing insulation to my whole basement and part of my house, helped w the basement renovation, floor installation, some plumbing and painting! highly recommend him! used “cheaper” contractors in the past to end up calling him to come back to fix and do the job again!

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Reliable Service from Miranda’s Painting My experience with Miranda’s Painting exceeded all expectations. We recently embarked on a major refresh project of our home, and Miguel and his team took on the challenging endeavor with enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional skill. Our project included an array of tasks from a complete interior painting, installing a custom fireplace surround with a mantel, new entryway tile, trim replacement, popcorn ceiling removal, to fitting new closet doors and a beautiful stairway banister and newel post. Miranda’s team even demonstrated their versatile skills by tackling HVAC duct work and replacing an exterior door with impeccable precision. What sets Miranda’s Painting apart is not only their comprehensive skillset and attention to detail, but their unwavering honesty and reliability. Miguel and his team displayed excellent problem-solving skills throughout the project. Whenever they encountered an obstacle, they swiftly proposed viable solutions while ensuring the integrity and aesthetics of our home were never compromised. Working from home with a variable travel schedule could have made this renovation process complicated. However, Miguel’s team was exceptionally accommodating, making sure their work schedules aligned with ours seamlessly. But beyond their professionalism and skill, they brought a positive, pleasant demeanor to the job. They were a genuine pleasure to work with, turning what could be a stressful renovation into an enjoyable experience. I would never hire Miranda’s Painting again. Miguel does not really supervise each crew (he has three, I think) and the crews are sloppy and careless. They did probably $3-4,000.00 damage to my house and refused to pay for any of it except an expensive window shade that simply disappeared from my bathroom. The trim painting is sloppy; they ruined so many things, and left my Oriental rugs so dirty I had to spend a few thousand dollars getting them cleaned. Every window was painted shut. As I tried to unstick the upstairs double window, part of it fell off and hit me in the head–they had broken the window frame because they didn’t get it back in the track. The bathroom tile job looks awful; they used some black tar-like substance for grouting (I know because they left the used can in my bushes). I will probably get that entire job redone-it looks like someone who just liked tar did it. They left all the empty paint cans, including the 5 gallon ones, in my basement instead of taking them to the county recycling center. They ruined the top of the antique oak dresser in my daughter’s room. I could go on. As I say, never again.

Miguel has helped me tremendously with many works at my house, all of them outstanding. He has put insulation at my house, fixed pluming issues, painting. He works w his sister and brother sometimes who are wonderful and great as well. Highly recommended him!

Miguel was fantastic. He always shows up as promised. He was flexible with us last week! The plumber had to come back 4 times because they didn’t fix all the leaks which meant Miguel’s team had to reschedule us too! See before & after photos. He did some renovations for us in April as well. Fixed the garage wall that had water damage, built a new deck to the yard with stairs. Fixed the gutter/leak in the sun room and more. He re-painted all the peeling paint in our 1939 home. Highly recommend!!!!!

The bathroom renovation they did exceeded our expectations. Quality of work and staying on time was a 10. Would definitely use them again on another project.

Bad Experience- Miguel Miranda did a great dis- service to us. He was to install 4 rooms of tile. We agreed to his Estimate. He gave us a Start date 3 weeks out- we had all material on site ready. We texted several times and got no answer to confirm and ask a question. But when he wanted to reach us the morning of start date and could not -we were on the phone- he became irate. He showed up and set a few things up and brought a young girl which we did question- then he promptly announced he could not do the job. We suspect he bailed on us to go work a bigger/different job and used a non -sensical excuse to bail on the job -outrageous. There was something sketchy about Miranda Painting and our suspicions were confirmed when they bailed after we waited weeks for them! Poor communicator and response time and may bail out on your job. We do not recommend this Company

Miguel & his team are exceptional! They painted my daughters bedroom last week & it’s amazing! They were professional, on time, cleaned up nicely & finished before expected. I would highly recommend these folks!
